Our Services
Boiler Service
Like your car, your boiler needs a service every year. Especially if it’s a new boiler. The boiler manufacturers won’t uphold the warranty if it hasn’t been serviced every year since it was installed. If you’ve got a 10 year warranty but you haven’t had your boiler serviced, the manufacturer won’t come out and fix it for free. Make sure you have your boiler serviced annually to avoid this.
Landlord safety checks
As a landlord, it’s up to you to make sure your tenants stay safe in the property you’re letting. Your legal duties apply to a wide range of accommodation occupied under lease or licence. These include: Residential premises provided for rent by local authorities, housing associations, private sector landlords, cooperatives, and hostels.
New Boilers
When suitable we tend to recommend the Baxi / Main range of boilers as they are.

- Brass and copper manifolds and not plastic as many manufactures have turned to now
- Stainless Steel heat exchangers, tends to be the best medium so many manufactures suffer problems of short working life with aluminum and cooper heat exchangers.
